RELLIS Alerts
RELLIS Alert uses multiple notification methods in a best effort to reach campus members in an emergency. While no emergency communications system can be guaranteed to be effective and reliable in every situation, you are encouraged to sign up to receive text message alerts as one part of your personal emergency preparedness plan.
Contact information you provide on this website will only be used for delivering health and safety emergency information. A ZERO SPAM policy is strictly enforced that prohibits unsolicited messages and the selling of contact information to third-party marketers.
RELLIS Alert Vendor
AppArmor provides the campus-wide emergency alert system for RELLIS. The system communicates health and safety information to our students, employees, and guests.
RELLIS' goal is to reach as many people as possible in an emergency using three AppArmor product suites (AppArmor Alert, AppArmor Safety and AppArmor Command). AppArmor is based in Toronto, Canada and provides crisis response applications and service for organizations in the US, Canada, the Caribbean, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and South America.

To learn what you should do in case of an emergency at RELLIS, visit https://rellis.tamus.edu/emergencyprocedures/. In an actual emergency, RELLIS will post additional emergency updates and announcements to their home page as they become available. RELLIS will also communicate important emergency information with local television and radio outlets.
